The Conservancy provides the day-to-day leadership on a variety of property enhancement projects that contribute to the Grizzly Ranch lifestyle. Current projects in the works include:

- An Alpine Garden to be constructed on two acres of land located uphill from the 6th fairway of the golf course and incorporates the beautiful water feature just east of the Gate House. Similar to a botanical garden, it will demonstrate custom home landscaping techniques reflected in the Design Guidelines.

- Access to Big Grizzly Creek will be improved so the creek can heighten its promise as a preferred destination on the community trail system for our hiking enthusiasts. Continuing creek enhancements will increase trout fishing opportunities all along this beautiful waterway.
